ミクスドメディアアーティストの三枝聡は写真を探究するために名古屋でイメージを探し、写真家のフレッドVは横浜の中区の中だけでほとんどのイメージを見つけている。
この展示では近似したスタイルを持つ二人のアーティストによる抽象的写真作品を紹介する。写真は街の違いを反映するのか？写真を撮る者の思考を表すのか？または絵作りによって場の違いや撮影者の思考は覆い隠されてしまうのか？見る人各々が答えと意見を見つけて欲しいと願っている。
Mixed media artist Satoshi Saegusa explores photography spending much of his time making images in the city of Nagoya, while photographer Fred Vee makes most of his images within the Naku-ku ward of Yokohama. Stylistically similar, this exhibition features abstract photographic images from the two artists. Will the photographs reflect each city's character, the photographer's mindset or will the images mask any semblance of place or personality? We hope each person discovers their own answers and opinions.
